Customer Service
- Shipping & Delivery
- All deliveries have a flat rate cost of $10.00 and will either be delivered by Australia Post or courier depending on size, weight and destination. We usually absorb some, and often a lot, of the actual delivery cost. All items are in stock so we will endeavour to send items the following day after receiving your order. On the odd occasion due to the high turnover of some items your shipment may be delayed, in which case we will email you to advise of expected shipment day. For orders outside of Australia, please contact us for shipping costs.
- Privacy & Security
- We respect your privacy and wont share your details with anyone. All the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned to any third party. From time to time we may contact you by email to inform you of new products or special offers. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.
- Returns & Replacements
- We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If something that you have purchased is not what you expected, please return the item/s unused, unopened or unworn within 14days. Please contact us before returning your item/s so we can confirm the return. You may request a refund or product replacement. Refund of the original product price is by way of the original method of payment (shipping excluded) and will be finalised once we receive the returned item/s. If you request a replacement, we will send you replacement item/s (subject to availability) once we receive your returned item/s. If a returned product was purchased in a promotion where a free item/s was included in the order, the free item/s must also be returned to receive the full refund.
- Ordering
- The products offered are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Orders will be processed once payment has been cleared and an email will be sent to notify you that your order has been sent.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and are fully inclusive of government taxes (GST). R.O.P.E accepts most major credit cards through our online shopping cart. Payment is made via Paypal which is a highly secure site verified with Veri Sign. If you wish to make an alternative payment, please contact us to make arrangements. Goods will be shipped once payments have been cleared. Occasionally special promotions will be on offer for a speified amount of time and may be extended if proven popular.
- Viewing Orders
- If you are a registered customer you may log in to your account at any time to view your existing order.
- Updating Account Information
- Registered customers may log in and update their personal details at any time. You may also unsubscribe in your account section at any time with no questions asked.
